Medical

You will see a licensed medical provider who will review your injury history, assess your complaints, perform a physical examination, order imaging if needed, and create a treatment plan— all during your first visit with no upfront out-of-pocket costs.

Neurology

Approximately 84% of people injured in motor vehicle accidents sustain concussions, leading to symptoms like headaches, dizziness, memory loss, and anxiety. Your medical provider will assess your condition and, if necessary, refer you to a board-certified neurologist for diagnosis and treatment of your head injury.

Orthopedics & Neurosurgery

If your injuries involve disc herniations or spinal cord compression, you will be referred to a neurospine surgeon for consultation. For extremity injuries to the shoulder, knee, hand, wrist, or foot, you will be referred to an orthopedic specialist to assess the severity and determine the appropriate treatment.

Conservative Care

Conservative treatment includes physical therapy and chiropractic care, with your medical provider helping you choose the most appropriate option. Most accident-related injuries involve soft tissue damage, such as muscle, ligament, and disc injuries, which are effectively treated by physical therapists and chiropractors.

Pain Management

If conservative treatment does not relieve your symptoms, your medical provider will refer you to a pain specialist to investigate the cause of your persistent pain. They may recommend interventional procedures, such as spine injections or trigger point injections, to reduce swelling and alleviate pain.

Psychology & Scar Revision

Specialized services, such as trauma counseling or laser scar treatment, are available if you're experiencing anxiety or emotional symptoms, or if you've suffered lacerations or dog bites that require scar revision to repair the skin and improve mobility.

Legal Disclaimer

Injury Physicians & Advisors is a factoring company. Injury Physicians & Advisors purchases account receivables at a discount from medical providers and the patient is responsible to Injury Physicians & Advisors instead of the medical provider. “Factoring is the buying of accounts receivable at a discount.  The price is discounted because the factor assumes the risk of collection on the accounts receivable.”  Black’s Law Dictionary, Eighth Edition, 2004. Three parties are involved in a typical factoring arrangement; the owner of the account receivable, the debtor on the account receivable and the buyer of the account receivable ( “the factor”). The receivable is associated with the debtor’s liability to pay money owed to the owner of the account receivable for work performed or goods sold.  The owner sells one of its invoices at a discount to the factor in order to obtain cash.  The sale of the receivable transfers ownership of the receivable to the factor, and the factor obtains all of the rights associated with the receivable, including the right to receive the payments owed by the debtor for the invoice amount.
